Akshar Pathshala, based on the ideas of the father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi, was established on Children's Day 14th November 2017 by the youth of the city VARANASI in the library of a Dharamshala between the children living on the banks of the Pakka Mahal and Ganga Ghat in Varanasi. Akshar Pathshala is an institution which has taken the lead of educating the society and is constantly on the path of advancement in this work efficiently. Under this, we are providing free teaching assistance to the children’s from Class 1 to 10 in Akshar Pathshala, we provide free education to children as well as enhance the talent hidden inside them.

Akshar Pathshala, along with giving equal free education to the poor, rich and common people of all sections of the society, also contributes itself to other activities, whether it is to keep cleanliness in the society or the importance of democracy. In order to increase the awareness of voters, during the global corona pandemic, we have helped people from every section of the society; we have provided them with food items as well as other essential items. From the time of establishment, we participate in many social and cultural activities from time to time in the society.

The vision & aim of Akshar Pathshala is to educate the society as well as make the community their own family. Education does not mean only by reading and writing but also by using that knowledge properly. Akshar Pathshala aims at the education of our future generation i.e. children as well as to develop freedom of thought and action within them.We children have to develop a sensitive feeling towards the welfare of all living beings living in the society, be it humans or animals, plants or any other. The aim of the Pathshala is to make education universal and the goal of this institution is to educate the children so that they can make the country and themselves proud by taking the right and appropriate decisions in his future . The aim of the Akshar Pathshala is also the aim of every student studying there, which makes it clear that in future, not only education but also practical knowledge, spirit of social service, patriotism, all the works and feelings will be present in the children.
